 If cancellation occurs within 7 days of booking, deposit becomes non-refundable.  If booking is made within 7 days of the trip and cancellation occurs within 7 days of the trip, deposit becomes non-refundable.

Rescheduling available, must be made at a minimum of 7 days in advance of trip.
